Past conversations are not a prediction. We do not guarantee that a developer will release an interest, that a rescission notice will be honored, or that money paid to another company will be returned.
Fees
Any fee is explained in writing before paid work begins. We do not quote a price from a form, and we do not tell you to stop paying your resort before you hold a written release. Some states restrict upfront fees in this kind of work. The written fee for a matter will account for the rules that apply to that matter. Until that writing exists, no fee is quoted.
Do not stop paying because of this site
Defaulting on maintenance, taxes, or a timeshare loan can bring collections, credit damage, and foreclosure. Do not stop paying because an article, an ad, or another company told you to. Wait for a written release that names your interest.
