Points and collection interests, some deeded and some contractual, sold across a large inventory.
Diamond Resorts sold points tied to collections of resorts, often as a right to use inventory rather than a week at one property. Maintenance frequently bundled a club fee. Presentations had a reputation for pressure, and a fair number of owners bought a second Diamond product as an “upgrade” out of the first.
Hilton Grand Vacations acquired Diamond. Ownership of the company is not the same as a release of your contract. The collection name, the purchase year, and whether you inspected anything on site still decide which rules apply.
Timeshare Cancellation Partners is not affiliated with Diamond or Hilton.
