Holiday Inn Club Vacations grew out of the Orange Lake resorts business. Owners may have paperwork that says Orange Lake, Holiday Inn Club, or both. The points membership and a deed at a specific resort can coexist.
As with the other club products, the question is which document creates the perpetual or long-term fee. The vacation confirmation from last year is not that document.
